Positive: Our stay at this location was fantastic. Everything was clean, and the place was very inviting. We enjoyed the location in downtown and could even see (slightly) the fireworks from PNC park. I was nervous about the valet, but I didn't need to be. They were chill and responsible, and our car sat there for three days as we walked around Pittsburgh. We played a few rounds of shuffleboard in the community lounge. We soaked up the sun on the outdoor community area. We bought solid pierogies from Slyfox in the adjacent building. Everything was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: This spot was a perfect location, a relaxing getaway, and a stress-free stay.

Positive: The location is great, the premises is spacious, with huge nice open fully equipped kitchen, with brand new advanced washing machine and wide windows with open view on the park, rivers and the two bridges. There is a Bar/Bistro restaurant down the building by the tower front entrace and basement public parking adjacent to the tower building. Internet was fast and efficient and the instruction to check in/get into the building, how to use the facilities was clear and comprehensive emaied before the checkin day. The vallett parking at the rear entrance of the tower at $27 for each day of the booking with unlimited in/out and very nice vallet staff, the high street is 10 minutes walk from the place with many restaurants and nice Sushi places. We asked Erica, the property manager to check in before three hours and she kindly granted us access to the property without charging us. Strogly recommend the place if you want to stay in Pittsburgh downtown.
Negative: It is not a complaint, but the daily rate was so high because of the National Holidays of 4th July.

Positive: Great location with huge windows and incredible view! The property was very well kept. Large apartment rental for a decent price! Service was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again!
Negative: The only complaints we had were the windows whistling from high winds but thatโ€™s nearly unavoidable on high floors and the valet left a large muddy boot print in my car.

Positive: The property was clean and spacious, and the location is very convenient to walk to many of the Pittsburgh highlights: 5 minutes to Market Square and the Point; less than 1/2 hour to the stadiums and the Duquesne Incline. Erica sent timely and meticulous directions for checking in, getting keys, and checking out. We appreciated having coffee in the unit, too. The AC was turned off when we arrived (appreciate the energy saving), so we needed a couple of minutes for it to start to cool off after we turned it on. We didn't use the facilities in the building, so I can't share thoughts on them. There is a convenient bar / restaurant in the building, including some outdoor tables and chairs.
Negative: No dresser in the bedroom (I like to unpack my suitcase).
