Positive: Warm and cosy apartment, well set up for self-catering and comfortable for a family stay. Excellently situated at the bottom of the slopes - ski-in / ski-out with easy access to the Cervinia and Zermatt skiing areas. Excellent restaurant / bar and ski hire shop 50m away, beautiful views and calm neighbourhood (Cielo Alto). Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Positive: Apartment is simple but has the main functionalities. Also, two bathrooms were great for 4 people. What we loved the most was ski in and ski out option - there is a slope just next to the apartment building leading to the main gondola. There was also an option to ski back using 7 and then 13 slopes. Note that it takes time to go to the Cervinia center on foot as the apartment is on a rather steep hill. Yet if you have a car, this will not be a problem. There is a small minimarket and a cozy restaurant just across the street. Also, note that you will have to buy bed linen and towels for an extra cost.

Positive: Location is ski-in and out. It took a while to figure out how, but you can ski back to the apartment. The apartment is pretty big and two full bathrooms are definitely a bonus. Plenty of large radiators to dry all our ski gear including ski boots. Kitchen is equipped as usual - all the basics. Across the road is another large apartment complex with ski school, ski rental (we rented directly with them - very good and friendly service) and another eatery that is open in morning and evenings and has a small (very expensive) market with basic groceries etc. Which is handy if you don't want to drive into town.
Negative: Person handing over keys does not speak English (he is very friendly otherwise), we could not ask how to ski back to the apartment, as online piste map does not show connection. We tried to ask for map at the reception downstairs, but turned out they are servicing some other apartment rental company (BaseCamp) they did not even entertain a conversation, only said- you are not staying with us we cannot help you. Ski room has only ski lockers, so you need to bring your ski boots back to the apartment to dry.
Summary: Good size apartment, 2 bathrooms, ski-in and out.

Positive: We liked the location but had to take the skibus from town, 5 euros pr person, or 20 for all. (we where 3) Most days we skied directly home the Cieolalto route, all red but not difficult ones.
Summary: Loved the appartments, had everything we needed. Two bathrooms was a bonus.
