Positive: The place was absolutely clean and comfortable for our stay. Our hostess was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and breakfast felt like home. It is close to downtown and perfectly convenient, specially if you want to visit Kok Tobe.

Positive: The caretaker was good to us and they help us to understand the culture of living and stay
Negative: We were from dubai so in the restrooms we normally use water there is nothing to say bad about them it was little difficult without water in the closet .and it’s not only them who is using tissues instead it’s their climate and their inheritance tradition to not use water as there is nothing drainage system there

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this lodging house. The place is extremely cozy and feels very welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, which made our stay very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the lady who runs the place—she is incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. She prepares a lovely breakfast each morning, which added a personal and homey touch to our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this lodging house to anyone visiting Almaty. We would gladly stay here again
