Positive: The unit was clean and it smelled good upon check-in. The furniture and appliances in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen were in great working condition. The aircon in all rooms worked well which helped make our stay really comfortable. We had almost everything we need in order to cook simple meals in the kitchen. We were even able to cook rice as there was a rice cooker provided. The host was even kind enough to provide eggs, instant noodles, oil, salt, coffee and even dishwashing liquid. Plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery were also provided. I loved that the kitchen also had dish towels so we were able to wipe the dishes and kitchen counter clean. There were also garbage bags so we were able to dispose our trash daily. We were also able to wash our swimsuits using the detergent and washing machine in the unit. The things provided by the host which are not usually provided by others really helped make our stay convenient and helped us maintain the cleanliness of the unit. We love the pools in Maya Bay that's why we keep coming back to this place for staycation. The security guards were also polite. It's good that now there's a few restaurants and convenient store at the ground floor. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for another day. Big thanks to the host for accommodating us. We'll definitely be back again soon!
Negative: It would be better if the unit had a microwave oven, white bedsheets and a bathroom floor mat.

Positive: Everything. Nice facilities, clean and tidy. The staff was nice and helpful. Close to Splashmania, the water theme park and easy parking.
Negative: Nothing. For information, there is no mart or restaurant near the apartment because the area is still in development so i understand it.
