Summary: The communication with the property manager was excellent from beginning to end. The street was a clean, quiet one. The home was updated and comfortable. We loved the fact that the property managers had a printed list in the kitchen of activities to do in the area as well as dining options. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The space had plenty of room and was comfy enough but....what oithought was a quiet street ended up being quite noisy at night. Sunday night lots of cars and buggies after 10. Monday 5 am trash pickup which sounded like an army tank and again on Tuesday. Bathroom and beds were all up a very steep flight of steps which were carpeted. Not what I expected . Street light pointed right at the bed.I looked at all 50 photos and must have missed them. Person communicating with us was pleasant enough but instead of using all caps to tell us not to SLAM the door, he could have just tightened the knob.

Summary: We were sent checkin instructions hours after we were supposed to be allowed to checkin. We had completed the verification 2x days before. Then the email has no code it took over a hour to get in touch with someone. We weren't aware all bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs which was difficult for my 71 year old mother. Then the neighbors were blaring music until well after midnight which didn't sit well with anyone or my 3 year old. The place is cute but I wouldn't recommend for families.
