Welcome to our sweet home of over 3,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms with a beautiful backyard in a very quite cul-de-sac. We are less than 5 miles from NASA,
less than 25 minutes drive to Seabrook, the marina district and the Kemah Boardwalk. We are midway between the great city of Houston and the oceanfront Island of Galveston. 34 miles from Galveston and 20 miles from downtown Houston.
We have a gorgeous master bedroom suite with California King size bed with private master bathroom downstairs.
There are 2 queen size beds and two full size beds in other 4 bedrooms upstairs.
There is a large family room with direct views of the back yard and a large formal living area combined with the formal dinning room.
Cook in the large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances.
Dine in the formal dining room with rosewood furniture.
Have a casual family meal on the large granite kitchen counter top or at the glass breakfast table by the bay window over looking the beautiful back yard.
Stay entertained with smart TV on the large 50” TV in the family room.
Do your grocery shopping at our neighborhood grocery stores, HEB, Kroger or Walmart which are within minutes drive from our home.
Drive about 30 minutes to Houston downtown/ medical center and enjoy all that Houston has to offer from shows, plays, the Zoo, the Museum of Art, Museum of Natural Science, etc.
Baybrook mall is minutes away from the house with all the modern stores and great restaurants.
Eat at the Kemah Boardwalk along the water and enjoy the sail boats and watch the yachts pass by. Drive about 38 minutes to the Island of Galveston and spend the day at the beach walking, dipping in the ocean, sun bathing, shopping or eating at the restaurants as you watch the sun set.
This home is an excellent Texas-sized home to come and enjoy the great Gulf Coast region being close enough to Houston but away from all the traffic and congestion of the big city.

Summary: We were pleased overall with our stay. The house is spacious and cozy and the yard beautifully landscaped. We would have been more comfortable if we could have set the thermostat a little lower than the 72 degree limit (we're from Colorado and not used to the heat ha ha). It was especially warm in the master bedroom. A couple of the faucet fell off in the bathrooms and there was no drain plug for the upstairs bath, making it difficult to bathe the kiddos.

Summary: The stay was amazing my two babies enjoyed running in the back yard.. instructions to get in and to leave was very self explanatory quiet area which a plus for me… overall stay was great main bed was really hard and no local channels available but overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable…I’ll definitely book again

Summary: The home is lovely and well-appointed. The only surprise was lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen which caused a last-minute grocery run. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! When I contacted the owner with a question he responded very quickly. I would rent it again.
