Positive: It was nice area. Shopping Is very close. Apartment Is perfect! Very clean and nice.With everything you need.The owner picked up us at the station by his car when we arrived and also took us to the train station when we left. Thank you so much. Grazie mille.
Negative: It's not close to the beach,but we were using buses and then the train and were able to get to know more beaches and more beautiful places from this accommodation. It was very fine.

Positive: I would recommend having a car if your staying here. Nice clean comfortable apartment with outdoor balcony. AC works great. Used washing machine which was very nice.  Stocked with jam, nutella, biscuits, and  juice for breakfast. Appreciated the bottled of water in the fridge! Has ice cube tray! 2 grocery stores nearby. Not many restaurants near by but we found one we liked and ate there twice. Negeo Gato (Black Cat). Bus stop to just down the street to Gole dell'Alcantara. Unfortunately I never could figure out any bus routes from the apt to the beach.
Negative: Not in Taormina. It is partially my fault for not looking at the map when booking. It is in Chianchitta. Taormina is 9.1 km away. Couldn't find a bus line to go to Taormina unless we walked to Naxos 1.3 km 18 mins walk . For the beach we had to walk also, 2 km 26 min walk. You need to cross a highway. Doesn't sound bad until you are walking back, up hill, in very hot weather. Needs a wine bottle opener.
Summary: Not in Taormina. Need car.

Positive: This apartment was the absolute best we have stayed in on our holiday We would stay there again it had everything we needed The host was such a nice person and offered us a later check out I would absolutely recommend this apartment to stay on your holidays.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Sweet house Taormina is a nice accomodation in rural area. From gallery on Booking we understand there are 2 apartments - one is new and one older. We got the older one, but was also nice and very clean. The terrace is spacious and very nice. Massimo is a nice host, he prepared a nice breakfast in the fridge for a small fee. When we had a issue with TV, he came at short notice. Location has a lot of parking space on the street. Kitchen has new appliences - microwave, kettle, toaster however some equipments should be added - cutting board, knives. There was a salt, but would be helpful to add oil and some basic herbs. Supermarket was 5 minutes away - and there was a walking path.
Negative: There is no safe walking way to the beach, you have to cross some very busy road and no pavements for stroller. You have to go everywhere by car, even it is not so far away. Highway close to the house is quite noisy, it was ok on weekend but as working week started, it was noticable
