Summary: My friend and I booked this Hotel as it’s located in a central area of Naples and easy to reach from/to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things to improve though; the drainage in the shower was blocked so we could only take very short showers without flooding the whole toilet. This was flagged with the hotel staff and they ensured this was going to be looked at but it seemed they didn’t as it wasn’t fixed. Also, the pillows are quite big so it was very uncomfortable to fall asleep and there were no other size/type of pillows in the room. The terrace with the jacuzzi was a nice addition to our stay, but unfortunately the other negative aspects made the whole experience not completely enjoyable. I would recommend to stay in here if you’re desperate for a central accommodation, but taking in consideration these points; it is not the safest/cleanest neighbourhood in Naples and the hotel lacks of modern facilities.

Summary: The staff and hotel were excellent. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, bar was very good with a good selection of beers. Rooftop area was also nice with a good view over the city

Summary: Great place to stay, nice rooftop space with hot tubs, lounge beds, and bar. Great breakfast included. Would have liked an extra pillow and a comforter, the bed only included a sheet, as well as an extra towel since you have the amenities plus regular shower. Would stay again!

Summary: Air conditioning unit in room flooded the room when used. Shower has black tiles and a dip toward the plug hole...no signage to warn or bath mat provided. Area can be slippy when wet and partner did slide (although thankfully no injury).
