Beach house sleeps 8 very comfortable great enclosed front porch to hang out and relax.
Backyard/ picnic table/ grill/. Great for kids dirt road
Little traffic. Great for walking dogs/ many people bike to the beach. You can drop and pick all your beach gear very safe never have an issue leaving the beach and going back and forth to the beach. Pizza shops in the area deliver to the beach. Ice cream truck couple times a day to the beach. The house is older but has the important updates.

Summary: We were so surprised by the amount of space inside. Owners have done a great job renovating, and you could definitely sleep 10 people if needed. The location is terrific for kids - a quiet street and short walk to beach. We were really pleased with beach as well. It's sandy, well-maintained, and big enough for families to spread out. Enjoyed Quahog Republic and Marc Anthony's restaurants, along with mini golf and go-karts. We really appreciated the little amenities like beach towels, and things other visitors have left behind - beach toys, sticks for roasting marshmallows, etc. The outdoor space is beautiful. (Note, it does get very breezy so be sure to lower the umbrellas when not using them!) Yard is fully fenced and loved having the baby gates inside to keep the dog limited to upstairs, and even one on the front porch - great idea. One suggestion is having a few more spots to hang towels, both outside and in bathrooms. Thank you!

Summary: My siblings and our spouses gathered for a much needed reunion. Anne’s place was a home away from home for all of us. It’s charming, well supplied and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room inside and outside and plenty of accommodation for sleeping, home style dining and gathering for chats and games. Really I couldn’t say enough about this rental and neighborhood. We all loved it. Thank you, Anne, you made everything work for us and we are very grateful.

Summary: Had a great week long stay, house has everything: lots of space everyone had their own rooms, close to the beach (literally about a 6 minute walk) with chairs and towels provided, nice outdoor patio area to sit with a drink and a nice firepit for the cooler nights, a sweet little screened in patio area perfect for sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee. They are clearly revamping so its a work in progress in some areas but it didn't take away from the experience at all. Will keep this one on the radar for our next visit to New England.

Summary: We had a great time in Wareham. We were in town for a wedding in Marion and this was the perfect beach house to spend our down time at. The owner was very responsive and helpful and incredibly kind.

Summary: 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children) enjoyed a family time away in this delightful beach cottage. The cottage is homey and coastal in feel. It feels like an old family cottage! Well appointed with necessities and excellent AC when needed. Our kids loved it! The bedroom set up is quite flexible and having 2 bathrooms is a luxury in this neighborhood.
