We absolutely cherish this home, have put a lot of love into crafting it and are proud to share it with you. We hope you enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer!
The private backyard also has lots of entertaining things to do:
- Private swimming pool with baja deck sun shelf and benches on both sides for lounging in the pool. Pool is sanitized with high end UV and Ozone equipment which greatly reduces the amount of chlorine and chemicals. The pool is preheated to 80 degrees year round, which is included in the listed rental rates. Heating beyond 80 degrees is available upon request for an extra cost.
- The pool's Endless Pool swim machine provides the ability to swim or exercise in place against a smooth, adjustable speed current, or can be used as a lazy river with the provided inflatables.
- A backyard misting system to cool the space 15 to 30 degrees, depending on humidity
- Hot tub large enough to seat 6 comfortably
- 4th Bedroom is in a detached casita overlooking backyard with a vanity sink, 58" TV and AC/heat (no toilet).
- BBQ gas grill
- Two outdoor seating areas with fire fits, plus outdoor dining table.
- Two person hammock
- Airstream travel trailer in photos is excluded from bookings.
Interior Amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishware, silverware, spices etc.
- Whole house water filtration & softening system installed as well as an air purification system in the master bedroom.
- 75" flat screen TV with Cable and Roku (HBO, Netflix, Showtime, Amazon & Hulu)
- Sonos surround sound for TV and Sonos speakers throughout all common areas (plays music through the provided ipod, Alexa commands or your smart phone).
- High speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the house
- Indoor bar set up for entertaining.
- Four bedrooms that sleep two each (including casita) plus a modular couch that is the same size as two twin single beds or can be arranged into a single king size sleeping surface.
- Three full bathrooms (one inside each master bedroom and the guest bathroom includes a tub shower combo). The casita has a vanity sink however no toilet.
Please note: we have outdoor security cameras to monitor the exterior of our home, however there are no indoor cameras. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund for the balance of the booking.

Summary: We did a staycation since we live here in the Valley and I brought my staff for a girls retreat! The house was perfect - so welcoming - plenty of space as listed and well cared for. The response was professional and timely for any questions we had. We will be back! Location is great and so much to do in the area! A+++ recommendation!

Summary: This was a great spot for a reunion with friends. The space was the perfect size for our group of 5. The backyard was a haven where we spent most of our time but it was also great to be very close to Old Town.

Summary: This is such a cute property close to old town, Scottsdale! These amazing hosts made it possible for me to be able to spend time with my family. Their backyard is absolutely stunning and they helped us with nearby activities. We had a wonderful weekend! They even left us some wine and muffins, which was so thoughtful. Really helped to make this special fantastic memory.

Summary: My stay here was excellent. The owners commuicated very well and had some very nice extra touches when we arrived. Donuts, a bottle of wine were unexpected but appreicated. The swim spa was great and we were provided goggles, sun screen and ear plugs. The beds were comfortable which is very important. The back yard was very neat and tidy. Over all an excellent experince from booking to arrival and the stay. Thank you. I would stay here again.

Summary: Our family’s two week vacation at Earlls Nest was everything we had read about and were looking forward to—a fantastic jewel close to Old Town Scottsdale! It’s an older home that’s been updated with a phenomenal backyard/pool, kitchen, master bedroom/bath and more. We were so pleased with how welcoming Jackie had made the property, from the dozen donuts and bottle of wine in the kitchen, to decanters in the living room with tequila and vodka, and sunscreen, floaties, pool towels and goggles to use in the backyard. The music system was easy to use and we really enjoyed it! The backyard was the most amazing feature of the property with its swim machine equipped pool, Hot tub, Baja shelf, landscaping including cactus and a fragrant lemon tree that was packed with lemons, and plenty of seating areas—it is paradise! The house is geared towards talker folk with some upper cabinets in the kitchen that will be hard to reach if you’re not tall and high clothes rods in the bedroom closets. The counter in third bathroom is high and you’ll need a step stool for a child to comfortably use it. But those are just FYIs: the house and host are phenomenal and I would definitely go again!! The bedrooms and the bathrooms were stylishly decorated and outfitted with shampoo and other thoughtful amenities. The king bed mattress and pillows weren’t great and probably should be updated, but everyone else said their beds were very comfortable.

Summary: Everything about the property and the hosts was above and beyond expectations! The home was spotless, warm and inviting. The backyard is a beautiful, lush oasis. There was never any reason to leave. I can't say enough about how perfect everything was. We truly do not want to leave!

Summary: This was a great home for four long time high school friends celebrating a 60th birthday. Home has everything you need. Great rooms, large TVs, uniquely decorated with several comfortable sitting areas inside and out.. Great outdoor space with pool, hot tub, lounge area and lots of privacy. Short distance to running paths, two amateur golf courses, lots of bars and restaurants. Owners provided everything needed and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. I'd come back here with my family or other friends as well.

Summary: Had the pleasure of spending a winter desert escape at Cavalier Vista mid Feb to mid March this year. The property was absolutely perfect for us (my husband, me, Augie the Doggie, and a couple visitors. ). The location is great with access to so many options and we found it very easy to navigate the area. The property is super quiet with a beautiful backyard oasis where we spent most days. (It is close to a couple medical facilities so you do hear some sirens and a fair amount of helicopter traffic which we found interesting.). The house was spotless, and we appreciated all the extras you don’t usually find in vacation rentals (I.e., Booze, Bluetooth speakers) along with a well stocked kitchen, great bed linens and cool beach towels. We loved the new primary bedroom set up (super comfortable mattress) and the convenience of laundry in the primary bath. Wish the weather would have cooperated a little better but loved as much time around the pool as we could. The two fire pit areas provided us great outdoor space in the evenings. When the weather was cold, I converted the casita into a mini art studio where I still felt like I was outside with the bounty of local birds while I painted. We really loved our time at Cavalier Vista. Thank you to Brian and Jackie for being fun and responsive hosts and creating such a lovely and welcoming property.
