MAIN HOUSE
Enjoy the ultimate getaway in this spacious southern complex located less than a mile from the San Gabriel River. The main home's open living room, dining area, and kitchen is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together. Home chefs can whip up a delicious dinner in the modern kitchen while other guests gather on comfortable leather furniture to chat or stream a movie on the flat-screen TV. Seating is available for 8 guests in the formal dining area and 4 additional stools are placed around the kitchen island. A separate media room with flat screen TV offers additional privacy for larger groups.
MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is fitted with a King Bed, Bedroom 2 is fitted with a Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 is fitted with a Queen Bed, the Media Room is fitted with 2 Twin Beds, and a sofa bed is in the Living Room.
GUEST HOUSE
Entering the front door of the guest house (with a blue stained-glass panel), you’ll access the kitchen stocked with all of the basics for whipping up a home-cooked meal.
GUEST HOUSE BEDROOMS
The first bedroom on the left of the kitchen features a Queen size bed. Head through the kitchen for the open living room and dining area (with seating for 6-7 guests). Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. Down the hallway you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms each equipped with a Queen size bed and sharing a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom.
OTHER AMENITIES
Head out of the door in the living room to access the guest house’s laundry room and a spacious yard surrounding the Main home as well as the fenced-in swimming pool.

Summary: We stayed here 6 nights, renting both the main and guest house. Both houses were very nice. Pros: The main house has 3 bedrooms and a media room that has sofa sleepers. We stayed with our son/ daughter-in-law, sister / brother-in-law, and two teenage grandkids Each couple got their own bedroom and kids stayed in media room. Made it nice that everyone had their own room. With 3 bathrooms we didn’t have to worry about who was in the shower and when was it going to be my turn. It has a large open kitchen with plenty of room for us all. There was a pool with property but we didn’t use since it was late December. We also had the guest house where my other sons stayed. It has 3 nice bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It also has its own kitchen and living room area. They enjoy having their own space/bedrooms to go to. Cons: We didn’t have any real issues that we needed to call management to help with everything went pretty smoothly. The one thing that I did have trouble with was the thermostat, they are the smart programmable and they were preset so if we adjusted the thermostat to our liking, it would revert back to the program setting at a set time. We didn’t want to mess with changing the program and not get it set back to normal when we left. Also the road to the home coming from Georgetown has a low water crossing. We did get a good rain one of the days and it made this road unusable, there is another way in and out of the property so not a dealbreaker but be aware of.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. Very clean and well organized and we would definitely come back again. We used both houses and had plenty of room for our family holiday reunion.

Summary: Se had a fantastic time with family at this property. Plenty of space and not to mention how clean this place was. Management was very quick with all responses. Our family has our last summer vacation here and everyone loved the place. Very relaxing and just a great place overall. Everything you see on the listing is what you get. Would love to come back again, thank you for having us

Summary: This house is great if you need a lot of room to spread out for activities, collaboration, and fun! Im always looking for places for my team to stay when they are in town for training. They love being able to bond in a house that has all their needs taken care of. This property is clean, big, and beautiful! Great find!

Summary: Country living with beautiful cows that graze all around, even up close! Very spacious great for family reunions or multigenerational gatherings. Pool and pool area is pretty small and bare, surrounding grounds could use some manicuring/face lift. There is the guest house which is a little older but is clean. There is a third property on the grounds which is pretty aged and not well kept was a tad on the creepy side! Would have liked the driveway to the main house better lit since we arrived at night, would have also been nice to have the trash bins closer to the main house as we had to take them to the guest house which was pretty far away

Summary: Great location for anything North of Austin. Home was extremely comfortable and the night sky looked amazing due to being out in county.

Summary: The house is big and has room for a big group. Very clean. My only qualm is that you cannot access the house originally if you are in a wheelchair. You must first enter through a very very tiny door to access the house for the first time. My sister, who is in a wheelchair, had to wait for someone else to arrive to get into the house. Once you are in, it is very handicap accessible. (minus a a few of the bathrooms, which are too narrow for the average wheelchair).
