Positive: We have really enjoyed the professionalism of the staff. There was a bit of booking error which was mostly caused by booking.com rather than the accommodation provider. The manger Grace has managed to sort it out in a professional and efficient manner. Very helpful! In the room, the view was amazing, the room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: There was mould in the shower. We had to walk so far into our room. Accessibility wasn't good at all. It was impossible to drag suitcase up steep & rough ramps. Just wasn't a pleasant experience.
