Summary: We had 2 rooms for one night, upon checkin we requested side by side rooms and were accommodated. Our rooms were not exceptionally hot and we adjusted the temperature before leaving for dinner. When we returned, rooms were not any lower in temperature and we were advised that the hotel is fully booked and there are. No rooms to change to. Along with this, maintenance advised us that we were the only ones complaining and

Summary: Good trip but the location is little off . It’s very far far the city , how ever the hotel provides shuttle every 2 hours .

Summary: Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality.

Summary: We had a small hiccup during check-in regarding the quality of our room, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Natalia for her excellent service. Overall, the team made our experience wonderful despite the initial issue. Highly recommended!
