Summary: Big hotel with very good service level, you ne d to move a lot from the east timer to reception. The room was not equipped with a good mirror for dressing.

Summary: Had the executive room with view of the Bosphoros. Great room and amenities. Nice outside pool area including a bar. We had problems with our key cards 3 times for 3 nights stay and needed to go to reception to fix it. The executive lounge is nice, however 3 days in a row there were no bowls nor spoons for the yoghurts/cereals, and the lounge would have benefited from a coffee machine, instead of having to order through waiters.

Summary: I stayed at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul for one night last week and was absolutely delighted. The hotel is stunning and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and always wore welcoming smiles, which made me feel completely at ease. Our room was spacious, bright, and elegantly appointed. The bathroom was simply perfect. The highlight, however, was the bed — it was so comfortable that you’d never want to leave it. We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely day and night in our city-view room. I can’t wait to stay in a sea-view room next time. Highly recommended — such an enjoyable experience!

Summary: A very good hotel with an amazing service , only inconvenience is a shared spa and gym where any external guest can go inside the hotel and the spa and the pool , causing a trafic , bad smell inside elevators as well bad service on the spa lockers
