It comprises two double bedrooms with a Z-bed for flexible sleeping arrangements, sleeping four people. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast area, utility with a cloakroom, lounge/diner with a gas coal-effect fire and a snug with a woodburning stove. Outside is an enclosed front garden with a patio and furniture, along with roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Swn Y Coed is a charm-filled property to be enjoyed the year-round.
