Positive: The staff was friendly and ready to help, especially the chef and security.

Negative: The pool beds were dirty and looked abandoned, you couldn't rest on them. Cleanliness didn't meet the standards, no deep cleaning and I even had to remind the cleaners to change our towels and bedding.

Positive: Swordfish Villas is an incredible place. We spent three days there relaxing close to the swimming pool and walking to the nearby marine park. We had the chance to have dinner cooked at our place by a private chef, and it was one of the most delicious meals of our trip. We hope to come back soon!

Positive: The grounds, pool and villa were beautiful. The staff, especially Ruth the housekeeper, were very good. Overall a beautiful place and great value for money.

Negative: Fan in one room wasn't working. Hot water in the upstairs bath lasted less than a minute though it stayed hot in the ground floor bathroom. Nowhere to hang clothes or put your toilet bag except on the sink itself. No extension cables. Even though it is self catering there wasn't a single thing in the kitchen. No salt, toothpicks... Nothing. Pool towels would be nice.

Positive: The place was so amazing. Proximity to amenities like the beach, malindi town was so convenient. The cleaner was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and cosy. We loved our stay there n I would recommend to anyone especially a group.

Positive: Staff were amazing and very helpful, facility met the standards...pool was perfect and rooms very nice . Quite stable internet too. Chef Anderson really came through for us and Florence our caretaker shukran.

Negative: The heating system of showers some wasn't very efficient.
