Summary: As another stated, it is an older mobile home, but the interior has been updated nicely. Absolutely no problems with staying there.

Summary: This is really a beautiful facility. The owner has done a fantastic job of decorating. But the owner is not being fair to the property nor to the people that stay there. The owner is not cleaning the property between customers. I stayed for three weeks. When I first arrived I noticed there were dirty towels, the refrigerator wasn’t clean it had been wiped out but you could tell they had been clean and I questioned whether or not the linen was clean. I never use the oven until maybe a week after I’ve been there maybe 10 days I wanna open JW it was just atrocious I mean really really bad. And there are other issues to. I Had to ask McClelland to come and cut the grass it was so high. I asked the owner to return two weeks of my cleaning money that I gave him since he never cleaned the whole three weeks that I was there and I was going to let him keep one week. VRBO contacted him about this he never returned the call to them. I contacted him about the return of two weeks cleaning money but S he never returned the call to me .I really think he’s doing the property and the people who are staying there a disservice. I really hate writing this but I decided to go and do it hoping that the owner will listen to what I’m saying and be more responsible about cleaning the property between customers, especially with the fact that we’re paying $40 each time that we’re there for him to clean that property. As I said the property is just gorgeous and he has done a fantastic job of decorating the property and providing so many of the amenities that you would want. But he’s not excepting responsibility for keeping that property clean. Thank you

Summary: My husband and I were driving back to West Texas, from Missouri, and decided to stop for the night. I quickly got on VRBO and found a place that was dog-friendly (50 lbs.). Logan, the owner, has made a great effort to make the place feel homey and updated. It still needs some cosmetic touches, but everything worked. A nice surprise was an adjustable, massaging bed in the Master bedroom. After a long drive, it felt good. Weatherford is a lovely community, and we will keep this place on our list. Also, Logan quickly realized I had put in the wrong dates, contacted me, and, after a phone call with him, he was able to change the date on his end.

Summary: The property was exactly as described. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond to all messages. It was perfect location for our softball tournament and we would definitely use again if ever in the area.

Summary: Very nice 3 bedroom even though we were a couple with pets we only used master bedroom and closed other 2 bedrooms and bathroom doors. The mobile home looks older but inside has been updated and remodeled and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was as described and there. Very quiet neighbor hood with little street traffic despite being across the street from the University. We are early risers and in bed by 930-10PM. No excessive noise or parties despite we stayed there on a weekend. The only thing I will say as someone who is “techno challenged” I would like to see some kind of written instructions on the remotes and how to use the streaming services on the tv in living room and bedroom. I would also like to see some kind of hand rail for safety at the front door with the concrete steps. The steps are slightly steep and since having bilateral knee surgery I need handrail at times for safety with steps. Other than those concerns we had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again next time we are heading east.
