Positive: It was beautiful and most of the staff were great and helpful.

Negative: Having just opened you could tell certain things were missing or rushed and they seemed to be low on staff. I’m sure all these things will be resolved in due time.

Positive: Beautiful interior and design ideas. Excellent lighting and sound equipment. The restaurant and cleaning staff are wonderful. Delicious food. Good insulation of the balcony door. Cool personal hygiene products in the bathroom.

Negative: We had a room on the second floor, with a view of the park of legends and a huge dusty, dirty roof with construction debris. Because of this, we could not use the balcony and dry our clothes on the balcony, since all the dust and dirt flies straight onto the balcony and into the room if you open the door. We talked to 5 employees, but the roof was not washed. There is no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor, you can hear everything word for word. We had to get up at five in the morning three times because of screams in the neighboring rooms and go to sleep by the pool. The bathroom is very cramped, there is no dryer, the soap dish leaks. We asked to fix it, they replaced the soap dish, but it also leaked, flooding the entire bathroom with soap. No robes. The hotel was opened without finishing construction. The whole time we were there, they were constantly adding and finishing something, it smelled of construction materials, and some of the rooms did not work. For example, the disco bar never opened. The pool and spa inside are unfinished, the saunas were declared open, but you can't stay in them because they smell of construction materials and chemicals. We started suffocating from them 3 minutes after being in the sauna. The staff ignored our complaints. In general, the entire renovation was done very mediocrely, a lot was unfinished, done crookedly, sloppily. For example, in the wonderful aquapark, the joints were not treated and because of this, our entire back was scratched after a couple of rides. The animation team works poorly. In 50% of cases, what was stated in the schedule did not happen. It is better to go to the Legends Park and enjoy the wonderful work of the animation team there In general, the hotel is good, but it is better to go when everything is finally finished. And when you see real photos, and not just a design project that is very different from the current reality.
