Positive: This was an exceptional hotel. We rated it one of the best we have stayed in throughout Thailand. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was interesting and exciting to stay in. We were so comfortable that we wished we had longer. The staff were very friendly and helpful - from the car park security to the management. One thing to mention was the quality of the breakfast- we had the Thai breakfast which was delicious with chicken rice, fresh fruit and good coffee. Thank you for a great stay.

Positive: Very unique experience to stay here. Beautiful small hotel. Staff were great. Minibar was filled soda and drink and it's all free!! Will be back here, again.
Negative: Lights off at night and no one at lobby.

Positive: the residence is very well renovated from couples of traditional thai houses and has only 4 rooms. very clean and spaious room. Its wooden floor is so clean that it shines. the architect and interior designers must have put a lot of thought and effort on this property. Breakfast was decent pre-order main dish plus a tiny line of buffet. cant expect much since there are no more than 10 hotel gueats anyway. the Cafe downstair serves good coffee and bakery. Heard it is also popular somehow.
Negative: i didnt see any staff at night so probably no staff during night time. but we could contact them via LINE and call, not much of a problem
Summary: very well renovated traditional thai house worth the experience.

Positive: Beautiful spacious room with lounge area and large bathroom in separate room. Luxury everything in room. Very romantic. Rear of residence next to river. Residence has private and peaceful gardens and common areas with Japanese design influence. Dining and breakfast facilities on site.
Negative: Driveway entrance to property hard to see.
