Negative: The property was poorly equipped ie no wine glasses. No milk or uht the tea coffee provided very sparse and poor. The fridge alarm was going No air conditioning shower was hopeless difficult to control temperature.

Negative: Initially a deposit of 500 Aus dollars was requested but 2 days before arrival a 1000 Aus dollars was taken as a deposit and there were no option to decline such a big deposit. The main road to the property was under construction and I had to take a very long road to access the property and cars were not able to access the property at all.... Also no washing machine as on the list of facilities.

Negative: Check in was very awkward and confirmation of check in times very difficult to get an answer. It was like we were dealing with three different entities to get any confirmation of check in times. Still didn’t know if we could check in early until we turned up and had to physically check ourselves if it was vacant. Also the advertised confirmed price was not not what we paid. A small clause said if you paid by credit card there was a % fee to pay. We were not given an alternate option and also had to use credit card for a holding deposit. Not sure if there would have also been a fee for this also. All costs should be upfront and one charge.
Summary: Overall a great location and the views are spectacular.

Positive: Location was fantastic. Right on McMahon Point. Ferry stop right there. So easy to get around. Used ferries our whole stay. View in apartments photos does not do it justice. Both bedrooms and lounge/dining/kitchen all look out at this lovely view. Main bedroom is huge and has king size bed and comfy as well. 2nd bedroom decent size, and comfy bed. Bathroom has great walk in shower, rain water and hand held shower head, good pressure. Lovely Kitchen has EVERYTHING. Enough comfy lounge chairs for all of us. Would loved to have stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

Positive: The best view in Sydney. Extra clean, relaxing, loved the pool, right next to ferry terminal and my favourite place, Wendy's secret garden. Great kitchen utensils. Great communication with Gabriel, our host, always answers promptly. All round....the best ever. Highly recommend 👌
