Summary: There was overflowing trash right by the entry door. Room wasn't disgusting but not clean. Dust on light fixtures, smears on mirrors and floor was streaky and bathroom floor was gross. Plus there was sort of a bleach/rotten milk weird smell in the room. Luckily, we were only there less than 24 hours.

Summary: Greeted by nice staff member. Check in went well. Opened door to room and was confronted with an awful smell. There was dirt on the floor, dirty rug under the bed, sheets had dirt marks on them and bathroom was not clean. Concerned by the dirty sheets, I pulled back the sheet and saw blood marks on the mattress pad. Staff did move us to another room but couldn’t get past the lack of cleanliness in the first room and overall dirty, tired hotel.

Summary: The room was fine and hotel was very quiet for sleeping. Free breakfast was ok- nothing fancy but a fair selection. Not really within walking distance of anything and there was quite a bit of trash in the parking lot that could have used a good sprucing up. Overall price was fair and beds were comfy!

Summary: Service was great. Staff were awesome and helpful. Bed was very comfortable but the room was a little run down. I found what appeared to be 2 burn holes on the window curtains. The carpet area was a little worn. But it was clean and comfy and I really enjoyed the hot tub!

Summary: Staff was great, room was clean and cool when arriving. Everything worked and nothing looked decrepit or out of place. The only issue that did come to light was the low water pressure in the shower and the drain that filled the tub like a pool and drained ever so slowly. I did notify the staff and they were apologetic but there was no compensation for any of the lack of a standard expectation for a standard amenity. I would stay here again but would recommend you get someone to verify that washroom facilities function as needed before arriving to your room. I had two kids that wanted to shower but it took 3 minutes to drain 1/2 an inch of water, we asked them to skip it.

Summary: This was in Syracuse but it wasn’t grand. We got in late at night so I didn’t see how run down this hotel was. The bathroom floor looked like there was some kind of flood in there. There was mud residue on the floor and the curtains were tattered and the place looked shabby in the morning. However the staff was very nice.

Summary: The staff that I met were good. The carpets in the hallway as well as in the room were disgusting, yellow brown stains in the room carpet, black stains in the hallways. There was black mold on the ceiling above the toilet where the toilet in the upstairs room was leaking, the paint was all wrinkled on the wall where the leak was all the way to more black mold near the floor in the corner. The pool room and pool itself were so hot you could barely sit in the chair let alone get in the pool. Did not eat the breakfast because the hotel was grimy so was not sure we could trust it. I did report this to corporate as well
