Positive: Really conveniently located for the city centre. It’s very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Communication is clear from the owners.
Negative: It is a bit of a faff getting to the parking. You have to find someone else to park, then go into the apartment to get the garage beeper, then back into your car, follow a bunch of instructions and then get into the private car park. I don’t understand why the garage beeper can’t just be attached to the apartment keys. If it wasn’t for this we would have given the apartment a 10.

Positive: It had everything you required for an apartment and was very clean
Negative: Due to inadequate instruction I got the impression that Booking.com had dealt with the (rather large) deposit, however 2 hours before our arrival, when I enquired about access to the apartment I was told it hadn’t been paid! This caused me a lot of stress and could easily have been avoided by a reminder or instruction on the matter. There was no air conditioning in the apartment and we had to sleep with a noisy fan and the bed linen and towels could have been of a better quality as seemed rather tired. The town centre was about 25 minutes walk away.

Positive: Location was excellent, apartment was pristine and management provided clear instructions on how to access property. Highly recommend. A 15 minute walk to the Capitol Square. Apartment is on the river, adjacent to the university district but is quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would 100 percent stay here again.
Negative: Can't think of any negatives.
