Positive: Super nice apartment complex next to a beautiful beach cove. The Team is very helpful and proactive, and were approachable throughout our stay. The roof terrace with a Seaview is killer, there's a BBQ, there's sun umbrellas to take to the beach, the villa is spacious … a lovely place to stay for a family of 5 at least very comfortably. We were there with three people, so we had too much space definitely.
Negative: Having said all of the above - the kitchen and some of the furniture could need some new love - shelf doors not opening properly, drawers hard to operate etc. Overall really only minor inconveniences, but for the rental price you might wanna think about a tiny bit of renovation work here and there beyond the "keep it from falling apart" updates. If you don’t expect the picture perfect new kitchen in the pictures though you'll be more than fine in this otherwise wonderful home. ;-)
Summary: Lovely. Worth coming back.
