Positive: Maxim was very helpful. Near by Monaco train station. Generally good place. I recommend .
Negative: The roof bed . We are over 60 years old , the stairs do not have handrail diffcult or support to get out and get out from roof. The roof is near to us, upper floor night walk like train moving there. But for younger generation perfect place to stay.

Positive: Excellent location right in the heart of the old port. It had everything you needed for a long weekend stay and the apartment was tidy, comfortable and well stocked.
Negative: One of the bedroom sheets were not clean so we had to change them on the first night (hairs in the bed and marks). The base of the shower is degrading and the toilet seat was broken.
Summary: Excellently located and appointed flat, though had to change one set of bedsheets on arrival as they were dirty

Positive: The appartment is lovely. Great use of space and tastefully designed. The location is perfect. Near the harbour and the opera. The windows keep the noise out. The airconditioning was really needed and works well.
Negative: The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly (hair in the bathroom, kitchen drawers not clean) It can also use a fresh lick of paint. The toilet seat isn’t fixed properly. The balcony is at the back and not very attractive. The front door lock downstairs can be a challenge to open. Will work after a few times trying. Needs some fixing.

Positive: The location was fantastic, in the Opera neighborhood, just a few blocks from the port and from the cool neighborhoods like Panier and Cours Julien. It felt very safe and there were lots of high-end clothing shops and cute restaurants. We really appreciated the air conditioning and the towel dryer. The apartment was spacious and it had all the kitchen things you might need. No elevator but just one floor up, with a view onto the street but with windows that blocked any noise. Nice decor.
Negative: The apartment doesn't include soap and the clothes washer was broken, so we couldn't use it. The shower could use a little shelf or something to put soap and shampoo on. We got a message with the code, but it took us a while to find the lockbox, until the waiter next door pointed to it. We were fine with some local color at the entrance, but some people would not like the graffitied façade of the building and the run-down-looking staircase to get to the apartment. It's a matter of personal preference.

Positive: Liked the location and the apartment furnishing with air conditioning and laundry facilities no directions to get washer dryer cycle to work
Negative: We had difficulty at first opening the lock box ,we solved that our selves No microwave for heating food Not enough toilet paper ,very little shampoo etc 2 small containers of shampoo for 3 persons and 4 nights only 3bath towels no hand towels or washcloths
Summary: Liked the area and the beds were comfortable enough space for 3-persons
