Terrace equipped for meals and outdoor rest, deckchairs. Private courtyard of 100 m2 with a parking space. Possibility of storing nautical equipment, bicycles, etc. The rental is for 4 people.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm/190 cm), the other with 2 beds (90 cm/200 cm) + 1 pull-out bed for a child. Shower room, WC.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is well equipped: fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, grill -bread.
Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and mini ironing board, drying rack, baby kit on request (cot + mattress, bath, high chair, changing mat, TV. Ceiling fan. Free high-speed WiFi.
