A Great Vacation Rental centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community on the number 1 hole of Sea Palms Golf Resort. Next to a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Appropriately decorated in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full-service Xfinity and Netflix and Prime video along with free internet and Wi-Fi. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.
Our cottage is located in the condo community of Fairway Villas but is a stand-alone unit.....very private. This is a one bedroom/one bath home, king size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living-room to accommodate an extra guest. We provide a thick topper for extra comfort on the sleeper sofa. Also included for your convenience is a starter package of soaps and paper goods.
Walk across the road to the Public House at Sea Palms for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Public golf is available at Sea Palms. St Simons has wonderful safe biking paths for all ages to take you right into the village or beach, which is approximately 5 miles from the cottage. Being centrally located on the island you can get anywhere in less than 15 minutes by car.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. It was just what we needed. Some relaxation and fun. We loved searching for the tree spirits and watching all the turtles in the lagoon from the multiple balconies. Barry was easy to get a hold of and made sure we didn’t have any issues.

Summary: Outstanding property and amazing host! Centrally located on St. Simons Island, so this was perfect for vacationing like we do by finding something centralized then taking day trips to do various activities. If you are looking for something right on or near the beach, look elsewhere. :) But if you are looking for a quality, quiet, well supplied, etc. spot, you simply can't go wrong here. We loved every minute of our stay, and the place had everything we could think of or need (whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc.) — just perfect! Would return in a heartbeat with no hesitations!

Summary: This was our first trip to the Golden Isles and we thoroughly enjoyed the history and natural beauty of St Simons. Our days were busy and this property was the perfect place to relax between outings and to get a good night’s rest. It is so quiet and peaceful! The bed is divine and we appreciated the tasteful decor and all the amenities. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, the space was very clean, and check in/out couldn’t have been easier. The owner made himself available by phone/text. The neighborhood is quiet. Groceries and dining options are close and convenient. We especially enjoyed the turtles who swim right up to the deck to say hello.
