Positive: The accommodation itself was very nice, cosy, and visually appealing, and it largely met expectations, but....

Negative: Unfortunately, the overall experience was, that clients are not welcomed... Communication with the owner felt somewhat arrogant already before arrival when I asked business invoice, which affected the first impression. I also noticed that some issues mentioned in earlier reviews — such as the bathroom lighting that swiches on in the middle of the night and the lack of ability to adjust the room temperature — still remain unresolved after so many comments for three years. In some responses to reviews, the owner suggests contacting him to adjust the temperature. I did reach out, but unfortunately this did not lead to a solution. Instead of adjusting the temperature, I was reassured that 20°C should be sufficient for me. Trust him, he knows 🙂 It also seemed that the installed air conditioning and heating system was not actually available for guest use, as no remote was provided. It is a pity that an otherwise lovely apartment experience was affected by this kind of communication and lack of flexibility from the owner.
