Positive: They had everything for a comfortable stay, amazing views, pool and very cozy area around it. But mostly amazing is the manager lady. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and what's happening right now, because of here I learned that there is a tapati festivale finale and saw this, otherwise probably would have missed it. Other stuff is also very friendly. Overall, great and comfortable stay
Negative: Pool is not that big as on the photo, but they do have it, it's clean and deep and does it really matter when you have a warm pacific ocean just in 5 minutes walk?!

Positive: Lovely, atmospheric hotel in a perfect location near the coast and walking distance to the main street. Clean with excellent WiFi. The restaurant was brilliant with a gorgeous view at sunset. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Airport transfer included, which was convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!
Negative: It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation".
Summary: Lovely, atmospheric, excellent location, clean, friendly staff, but be aware of the deposit issues

Positive: The resort is lovely, good location by the sea front and close walk to the town centre. The room was big, beds comfortable but a bit bare and dated. The main advantage was the small pool and pool bar to relax after a day touring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant. Amazing food, my seafood risotto with a steak was divine and my husband's tuna tataki was very good as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
Negative: Rooms were a bit dated and bare.

Positive: Grounds were well taken care of, buffet breakfast was excellent, restaurant had a nice selection, location was close to town center.
Negative: Shower/tub could be updated and towels could be nicer.

Positive: Hotel staff works well together. View is spectacular! Walking to downtown is a breeze from hotel as well visiting local moai. Breakfast had a nice spread that exceeded expectation. Restaurant served local favorites. Hotel proactively address bugs but I never saw a creepy crawler. Sunsets are beautiful at restaurant.
Negative: People need to understand hotel is basic, point is to go out and not stay in to watch tv.
