We do not want parties here at all, noise will not be tolerated.
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
This is an amazing lodge for extended family members. Close to downtown for winter and summer. The back yard is a great hangout spot (no fires at all even charcoal BBQ's) The hot tub is ground level in the back yard and there is a fun hangout spot to enjoy the out doors of Tahoe. This house is at the end of the road and you have access to the forest and walking trails right there!
You enter into the top level of this 2 story house to the kitchen, living room, bedroom 1- with a twin over twin bunk, bedroom 2- with a twin over twin bunk, bedroom 3- with a king and private bathroom. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway. You will have access to the 2 car garage for parking and there is access into the house from the garage. The washer and dryer are in the garage.
Down from the top level you will find the amazing bar and game room, you can access the back yard from here also! No we don't provide any drinks. The bottles you see in the picture are for decoration only. On this level you will find bedroom 4- with a queen and bedroom 5- with a king and private full bathroom. You can access the back yard from bedroom 5 also. There is a full shared bathroom and another set of washer and dryer in the hallway.
This house is no smoking, no camp fires.

Summary: Had a blast at the property - nice and clean as advertised. Beds were very comfy, bar area was perfect, hot tub was excellent (and fits 8). Grill worked well! Kitchen was incredibly stocked. There is also an area for throwing axes (axes not provided which makes sense to me, just buy your own beforehand) Only thing to note was that we couldn’t find any grilling utensils, so be sure to bring your own long and metal tongs etc.

Summary: Good location, hiking trail right next door, close to Stateline. There was a slight hiccup with an amenity but the property manager was quick to respond and fix. Would stay here again!

Summary: Overall our stay was good, had some challenges along the way but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. The positives: Place is very close to Heavenly and stores making it extremely convenient to get around or make a quick run for provisions. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond throughout which was appreciate. The house was generously sized with plenty of bedrooms, baths and space to stretch out and relax. It has one of the biggest hot tubs we have ever been in and was sorely needed after a day on the slopes. The area and neighborhood are very serene and picturesque. The not so positives: The house itself is a bit dated but has plenty of charm, needs some TLC. The master shower issue reported in an earlier review has not been fixed yet and was known by the property manager. There is a broken step on the staircase leading to the basement which caused my wife and friend to fall, thankfully just a bruise and discomfort, but it was definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. The house itself was prepped for our arrival but it seemed rushed as there were a few areas that weren’t cleaned well enough. All this being said we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the quick response and making things right by the properly manager. With a little bit of TLC this place i could see this place being a great rental property. If the time came to come back to the area I would seriously consider revsiting..

Summary: House is in a great location close to state line and pretty spacious. The bar/game room was really nice. Only minor issues we had were the hot water runs out quickly when multiple people are showering and the 3rd step from the bottom going downstairs is slightly different than the rest so a tripping hazard if you aren’t paying attention. Otherwise the house was perfect!

Summary: Great spot for our group ski trip. It was a short drive to any of the bases to hop on a lift to start our day. Hot tub was crucial at the end of the day and we enjoyed the darts and pool table.

Summary: This was a pefect place for a guys ski trip and the check-in process was easy. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 of us as well as plenty of places to sit and hangout. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Everyone loved the basement bar and pool table room. The backyard is really cool complete with an old lift chair and axe throwing area. We parked our cars in the garage and it kept us from having to clean the snow off every morning. The property is at the end of the road and abuts a park with a trailhead if you come in the summer months or bring your snow shoes. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything. We would definitely come back.
