Positive: The house is in a strategic location. Near to the city center, Taiping Zoo, good eating places and malls. Bedrooms and halls are spacious and recommended for medium families. The view is amazing, can see the railroads and the horizon view of taiping.

Negative: Pools and playgrounds are not well maintained. Crows poop everywhere, even inside the pool. Towels not provided. A washing machine was provided but no wash powder.
