Summary: Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

Summary: This is a nice hotel, it is set a little bit away from walkable locations but if you don't mind that it has a good mix of eating options, a bar with an outside terrace and a rooftop pool.
