Positive: The staff, first of all, were sensational. Both the front desk team with people like Mr Mithi Ray, Anshul, Farkhan and Shantana and the dining room with Mr Sharad overseeing everything and individuals like Sanya and Farheem providing outstanding service, it could not have been better. Security too was excellent with Mr Amit running a tight ship. I should mention the food in the dining room was brilliant under the talented supervision of chef de cuisine Rohit. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Negative: I cannot complain about anything.

She made our day memorable by providing extra decorations, a cake and a parting gift for both of us. Overall, we were happy beyond our expectations by choosing to stay at Taj for our wedding anniversary :)
