Summary: Staff lacked courtesy. Broken wheel chair provided anger a long wait. Never felt welcomed. Room was too small.

Summary: Nice hotel. But I booked a superior room with a view. Was placed on the first floor with a view of a big tree covering the entire window. Then woke up in the morning with construction work right above my room. It was so loud that the reception on the phone barely heard me. Luckily they gave me a new room on the fifth floor with a view, but the construction took place all Friday and all Saturday until 1800. Was not noticed about that. Turned out that the entire hotel was under construction. Lots of noise.

Summary: The staff were amazing upon arrival gifting our children with colouring and teddys. All staff really made us welcome and showed their humble caring nature. I can’t fault this hotel one bit! The staff really make this place the best!

Summary: The hotel is currently going through refurbishment and therefore very noisy during the day. This needs to be alerted to all guests prior to arrival so they can make alternative decisions to stay else where. Our checkin was chaotic as all correspondence we had with the hotel prior to arrival was ignored. Staff in the club room as excellent, particularly Vikas and Vishal who made our evening most enjoyable
