Positive: It's an excellent place for this price (approx 100$ for 2 nights in the first week of september). We've stayed here twice during our long stopovers in Istanbul. Convenient location, relatively quiet, great view from family room terrace, everything looks relatively new and very clean, stuff is very helpful. They helped us arrange transfer for a reasonable price (there was a bit of missunderstanding about airports but it was resolved very fast). Elevator is on the second floor, but staff can help you with bags. Overall it was good experience compared to our previous stays in the city.
Negative: Although we really liked this hotel there are few minor things to be improved. For example the hotel was fully booked and we didn't get towels at first. Also in some rooms beds are quite narrow and there is just one very thin blanket. If there is no one in the reception - just ask in the shop around the corner.

Positive: cozy apartments with a beautiful design for a comfortable life! stunning view from the window, the room has everything you need, very nice and helpful staff who are ready to help and answer any question. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from the Taksim metro, there is also a funicular nearby to go down to the port of Kabatash. There are many cafes and shops nearby for both breakfast and lunch!
Negative: i liked everything :)
Summary: i highly recommend the apartaments, super happy that we stayed there :)

Negative: They lie about the bed size. It’s mentionned king size while it is a double bed size. King size is 180cm while the double bed is less than 130cm. It was very small for a couple and it was not comfortable. We mentioned it to them and they lied to our face to say that we were wrong and it is a king size. Which was not acceptable . They mention that they have an elevator but it is at the second floor so you need to take the stairs first.
Summary: The location is good but the hotel is not comfortable

Positive: The service quality is quite high. The staff responsiveness is excellent. The rooms are unexpectedly bright and spacious. Small grocery shops all around. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
Negative: The sink in the bathroom could be bigger, especially as the space allows it. Other than that, everything was great.
Summary: Highly recommend. It's a nice place located just perfectly.

Positive: The hotel is located quite close to Taksim Square and the metro, yet far enough from the noisy streets to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. There's a small shop right next to the hotel where you can buy water, juice, snacks, fruit, and more. There’s also a restaurant and a pharmacy nearby, which makes the location very convenient. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly. They're always happy to show you around, explain things, and have a chat. They also speak English quite well, which makes communication easy and allows you to quickly get help with any questions or issues. One day, the entire area experienced a water outage (not the hotel's fault), but the staff kindly provided us with a large bottle of water as a gesture of goodwill. It was a thoughtful and much-appreciated act. Even though we didn't always manage to catch the room cleaning in the morning, the staff still replaced our towels, bed linen, toilet paper, and emptied the trash — which we really appreciated. All in all, it’s a great place to stay and relax. Highly recommended!
Negative: Room cleaning takes place quite early in the morning — usually between 10:00 and 11:30 am. This wasn’t very convenient for us, as we like to sleep in a bit longer.
