Summary: We arrived early and could check in early no problem, however the room we were given was over construction and the radiator didn't work, which we didn't realize until late the night we arrived. We complained that morning about radiator but when we came back later that day it was still not fixed . When we complained later that day , the staff were very helpful and we finally moved to another rooml. Tpopular
