Summary: The room was so nice in the Washington Irving Suite with a fireplace and big jetted tub. We were over the bar and definitely the music was hearable but once it was done, the room was sooo quiet! We sat on the balcony and stayed dry from the rain while we watched the world go by. The included breakfast was so great. Eggs to order and they went out of their way to make me decaf coffee. The staff really did go above and beyond for everything. We were just disappointed we didn’t get dinner at the restaurant because we asked too late and they were already full. Totally recommend the Talbott if you’re going to Bardstown.

Summary: This charming, historic hotel does not disappoint. The room was tastefully decorated with antiques with modern bath and comfortable bed. Public spaces display historical artifacts. The Inn includes a restaurant and a tavern. A hot, sit-down breakfast is included. Loved my stay here! (Note, there is no elevator to 2nd floor rooms.)

Summary: Definitely a top notch hotel!! Loved the aesthetic of the whole property. Everything was wonderful, my only minor complaint is the road noise on the main road…but that’s nothing that anyone can do about. Can’t wait to visit again!
