Summary: Near Manning Park and Hope, this is a convenient and peaceful place to stay. The cabin is as advertised with clean, well appointed rooms. The kitchen easily accommodated our extended family of 8 with a big wooden table and chairs for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner's requests around dogs (not on furniture and not to be left alone in the house) were reasonable and easy to follow. We really enjoyed it and would happily go back.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful trip away. We had never experienced Sunshine Valley and I'd recommend everyone checks it out. The stay was great. The house was perfect for us; incredibly clean and ready to use the minute we arrived! Both check in and check out process was easy to follow. Not negatives, at all, but it should be noted to other guests that parts of Sunshine Valley are gated with a manual padlock, so someone will have to get out of the car and open the shared gated path every time you come and go. Not a big deal, but good to know. As well, the lovely community centre and pool were fantastic, however the ad on VRBO isn't clear that the rental and the community centre were 1.5KM away, across the highway. Again, not a negative or a big deal, but I think everyone should know this before booking. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we WILL be returning!

Summary: We were looking for a quick weekend getaway for a change of scenery that wasn’t too far from home. This little cabin is the perfect size for a family and has lots of amenities. It’s actually not so little! Lots of space for everyone to sleep and was decorated so well:) We enjoyed movie nights on Disney+ and board games. They have internet if you need it, but there are many trails and a clubhouse with a pool/hot tub and games room. We didn’t make it to the clubhouse this time, as we went fishing with the kids at Lightning Lake in Manning Park (40 minutes away). This property would also be great in the winter and they have toboggans available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was great and we also used the bbq out back. There is a fire table out front on the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and comfort of this property and hope to be back again soon.

Summary: We visited this cabin over the spring break and couldn't wish for a better place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of life. Cabin was very cozy, warm, spacious enough and well equipped with all necessities and beyond. We loved the quiet, snow and relax. Excellent place for birdwatching! The only thing, internet there was not available and you had to walk up the road to get some cellphone reception. We would love to visit again in the summer!!!
