Negative: The food is a little overpriced but you get a free breakfast so that’s nice.

Positive: The staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Beds were also very comfortable.
Negative: Breakfast was below average but it was expected.

Positive: An amazing experience. The staff was very kind and they gave us the chance to take a shower after the check out. We will recomend it to every traveler. A lot of facilities for renting a motorbike or taking some bikes!

Positive: The surroundings are beautiful ! The view from the pool and even from the room terrace is stunning. It is calm and away from the noise of Tam Coc City hustle (they are right next to the Bich Dong Pagoda). Best way to go around is to rent a motorcycle, but they also lend bikes for free. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful, and so is their dog. The hotel manager helped me buy special batteries for my analogue camera that i couldn’t find by myself in Ninh Binh town. That was super nice of him !
Negative: Since it’s a little bit remote, everything is more expensive there, from the food/beverages/motorcylce rental to… the laundry. It is 4$/kg ! We didn’t ask the price beforehand and we ended up paying around 16 dollars for our laundry, because apparently they do it by hand. Also, if you choose a room that is not a bungalow, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. There are also bugs, but this is normal since it’s in the middle of nature, so be prepared for mosquito bites and some pleasant encounters with cockroaches.

Negative: We were there for a night and a special thanks to the specail waitress who stayed with us and care of us ..sad i dont remember her name but btw she will remember us to stay late on swimming pool ..a big thanks to her .living in vietnam i will come back to the place and hope to see her again

Positive: We had 3 nights here, enjoyed our stay and loved the huge pool! It's a little bit out of the way to get there, but very quiet and the staff were lovely.
Negative: Just be mindful it's away from everything, so if you want peace and quiet you certainly get it here. Rooms are very basic but fine.

Positive: This was the most fabulous place to stay. Staff go over and above to help, offer ideas and make the stay wonderful. Cabins are just gorgeous and lady comes round offering a free foot spa at dusk. They then went over and above on service when we left our AirPods but had already left for Cat Ba… they wrapped them up, popped them on a bus, coordinated with our next hotel and they arrived safely only 6 hours after we did. Can’t ask for better care than that. 10 🌟 for sure
Negative: Nothing everything was just brilliant.
