Positive: his is a really lovely apartment with absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony – we spent every morning and evening just enjoying the scenery. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to help us with everything.
Negative: The building is on a very narrow street, and there is no private parking, so finding a space could have been stressful – but fortunately, the hostess came out and personally helped us park the car, which was a lifesaver. The fridge was broken during our stay - it was a bit uncomfortable.

Positive: The place is good for its price. The location is close to the center. Our host was Tamara (Ksenia's daughter). She was very hospitable and friendly. She helped us if we had any requests about the apartment. Tamara gave us advice about the places to visit and see in Borjomi. Moreover she gave us a day tour with her car in the area around Borjomi. We've visited several interesting locations, like Vardzia, ancient monastery city carved out of rock, and Akhaltsikhe with ancient castle. We wish we had more time to see more. And she also told us interesting stories about these places and Georgia. At the end of the day she showed us a good georgian restaurant. Don't be shy and ask for the tour! We would love to stay at this place again.

Positive: Apartment situated in the center of Borjomi. Walking distance to all the best restaurants. Apartment was spacious and with everything that is needed. Knesia is super kind and caring. Madloba! We will be back!

Negative: I posted 7/10 review and instead of asking what's wrong, owner sent me an angry message wishing to never come back. So what was wrong: Ants in the room and on the bed. No shampoo in the bathroom. Cold room during the day.

Positive: It was an amazing apartment, right in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest! I did not expect to find such a perfect balance of nature and comfort in Borjomi. Tamara is an excellent host who welcomed us like family and even kindly drove us to the bus station when we left Borjomi for Kutaisi. I truly fell in love with this place and only regret that we stayed for just one night. I would have loved to stay much longer.
