Summary: We loved the property and Wayne & Elaine were excellent at communicating with us. We were in town for a large horse show, and the location was great, less than 10 minutes from the state fairgrounds. We will definitely try to rent it when we come back next year! Super comfy and relaxing, and the lanai was a great bonus. Thank you to the owners for sharing with us.

Summary: Elaine was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!! The condo was just as wonderful!! Clean, nice community, pool was a nice touch and close to everything!! Will definitely be renting from Elaine and Wayne when I am back in Tampa!!

Summary: If I could give our stay at Wayne and Elaine’s more than 5 stars I would. They are very easy to contact and I would most definitely stay here again when we come back to Tampa. Very clean and all the comforts of home.

Summary: We had a wonderful time with our stay here. It had all of the amenities you could ask for. Wayne was very attentive to everything. We had an issue with the tv and he was out here within the hour to fix it. Now that’s service. I would highly recommend this condo. Very close to the pool which is a plus. The area is very quiet which is also nice.

Summary: Wayne was most cordial and accommodating. The property is in a perfect location- close to highway, attractions, and Brandon with anything you need close by. Noise level was minimal, first floor condo with parking just steps from the door, safe and well groomed association, condo is clean and in good repair. We did not use amenities as we were on the road daily, however they appeared well maintained. We will definitely seek out Wayne and Elaine for future travel to this area.
