Positive: I really appreciated how well the gardens were maintained. The staff were accommodating, lovely to deal with, and always greeted us with a smile. The place was spick and span. Also loved how the music was playing by the bar area throughout the day whilst we enjoyed the pool area

Negative: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property, just some feedback. It would feel more welcoming and accommodating to have a well-lit walkway leading to the rooms, as it was quite dim. It would also be wonderful if the coffee machine was included with the included breakfast buffet. The Fiafia performers were amazing and so entertaining to watch as were the hosts. It would be even nicer if the grass area was well lit during the fire dance performance.

Positive: We moved the buffet breakfast was amazing! Even the beef burger on the menu was nice! And the service was really good the customer service they were amazing! The location is perfect!!!!

Negative: The pillows and cushions when we first arrived smelled really bad so we requested new pillow covers and then when we took off the pillow covers it had like 3 layers of pillow covers under them like they just put new pillow covers over and not remove the old ones. The shower drain is not good it dosent drain the water properly so it’s pretty yuck after having a shower to be honest I had to detol the floor so that I could feel clean.

Negative: The scaffolding at the front entrance caused havoc on the rainy day I left as this meant our transport had to park in the car park and had to run in the rain with some of my luggage,
