Positive: Location - close to the beach and close to the bus stop to Taormina, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment had a great terrace with a fantastic sea view. We appreciated the waste recycling bins. The bed in the bedroom was nice.
Negative: The sofa bed was quite old and not comfortable even for children. It squeaked and you could feel the iron springs underneath the mattress. No shelves for clothes in the cupboard.

Positive: The apartment has great balcony with sea view, across the beach, very convenient for families. Having a dedicated parking is also a great plus in Sicily! Both rooms had TV with apps (Netflix, Youtube) if relevant for someone. The kitchen had most of the needed utensils and appliances, moka pot, water kettle, nespresso machine. Overall the stay was nice. I booked it because of the high rating, and very beautiful pictures, but unfortunately it did not match the expectations. Host was reachable and nice, we are thankful we could check in earlier.
Negative: I was surprised that the apartment was full of dust, floors and surfaces, where not clean. Dust was coming out from everywhere, under beds & couch, lamps, refrigerator. Bedsheets and towels where clean, but for the blankets I was not sure. The dining table is big and takes too much space in the room, which we needed with kids. Also the beds and pillows where not comfortable, but survivable for a week. In spring Mazzeo/Letojani still sleeps, beach restaurants where not open and there is only one small supermarket ~1km away. The pool was also empty. I think the cleaning part was out biggest disappointment. Such a small improvement would have made a big difference.

Positive: Nice location at the seashore and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy bus ride to Taormina. Our host Pina was very responsive and flexible with our check in and check out. She provided a lot of helpful local Information. Having a park place was also super helpful.

Positive: Lovely apartment. But the name suggests it's in taormina and it's not. It's a train journey away. It's in letojanni, a seaside strip with little to offer except restaurants

Positive: A cute little apartment, great view from the terrace, choice of restaurants in neighbourhood, the pool...is charged as it is a part of a hotel next door (reasonable price 5 EUR pp.). Taormina 10 mins by car.
Negative: There is only one aircon unit for entire apartment, during hot summer days can be an issue. Kids did not find the sofa bed in the living room comfortable.

Positive: Perfect location, stunning sea view and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Helpful and friendly owner. Close to all amenities, restaurants, bars etc. Great public transport on the doorstep. Great train service and easy to get into Taormina by bus.
