Summary: We were very happy with the Tara.The best value in Thailand so far.The rooms were spacious.To be crtical some of the pillow cases were very discoloured and old.The pad thai for thirty bahts was excellent.Within easy reach of the station and river kwai.

Summary: A very good clean guesthouse.The food in the restaurant underneath the rooms has exceptionally cheap meals of excellent quality.Pad thai at 35 bahts.Within short distance of the train station and a good walk to the River Kwai.

Summary: This is a perfectly good and clean B&B, close to the Bridge and lots of eating options near by. There is also a good cafe attached with tasty, well priced meals and drinks. A good base to stay in Kanchanburi.

Summary: Only spent one night here therefore cannot comment on facilities too much. The bed however was very comfy and the hotel was in a convenient location to see things such as The Death Railway, Hellfire Pass and the Erawan Falls. Was able to book a tour to both things through the travel company located at the hotel. Toilet and shower in same small room with no window which was slightly claustrophobic but no problem and shower was good.

Summary: Stayed 1 night, prompt check in, nice friendly staff, nice clean room with all basic facilities you need! I definately recommend, would stay here again!

Summary: A truly great hotel, particularly at this price point! Nice garden, good restaurant and helpful staff (although some persons seemed a little annoyed by the tourists). The room was spaceous, clean and comfortable. I even had a private balcony.
