Positive: Very nice villa with good facilities and equipment. Big territory with lawn, pound, parking. Fresh building. Comfy beds and very good sauna. Fully equipped kitchen including species and everything for cooking/grill etc. Nicely designed, but a bit unfinished (some construction materials still on site).
Negative: We have few force majeure disasters, that possibly killed rating. 2 permanent, 2 unpredictable. 1) water quality should be better (high FE content and smell); 2) steep ladders to 2nd floor - not safe solution and quite risky for kids; 3) locks for external doors not functioning... when going to town we took all valuables with us, even location of villa is quite lonely; 4) we have no electricity (due to region main-line issues - not to blame owners) supply in the morning from 9.00am - therefore no breakfast, no heating and even no water for washing and morning toilet. This was really challenging for 5 person family :).
Summary: Owners have places to improve and then it will be Very good!

Positive: It is a beautiful place with a very functional kitchen. Awesome jacuzzi/hot tub and sauna. The place was very clean and seemed to be newly built. Great privacy next to nature. Very chill and welcoming host.

Positive: The house is great. The double shower and sauna are absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is fully functioning. The jacuzzi is so relaxing. The outside kitchen with the Big Green Egg and dining are so relaxing in the peace and quiet outside. The land is great. Plenty of space to run around in (which was great since we brought a dog), the host provided badminton sets and frisbees outside. There is a small pond with a water slide. Overall just an amazing time. It's a 7 minute drive to the nearest shopping mall, which offers everything you might need to stock up on. Although the host made sure that basically everything was already present, from washing capsules to kitchen and bathroom supplies. The neighbourhood where the house is located is great. There is no one near the house, but at a few minutes walk there are other houses were people stay. Everyone in the neighbourhood was very kind and sweet. Our dog had great interactions with the people and other pets. The host was always available through Booking.com chat or through the phone for help with anything which was comforting and helpful.
Negative: If i had to name anything I would say more storage would be useful. My fiancé travels with a lot of clothing and cosmetics and we kept a lot of it in the suitcase. This is fine for short stays, for longer stays you would want to properly unpack.
Summary: Amazing place, will definitely come back if i'm in Estonia again!
