Positive: Was pleasantly surprised. So much nicer than expected.
Negative: 2 toddlers hard to bathe in shower only option with rainforest shower head. Children's playroom a lot of things out of order but school holidays had just finished also. Rained and drips right in the middle of stairs all the way from top to bottom, so get wet all the way up and down when walking up and down stairs.

Positive: Our unit was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The heating had been turned on before our arrival, so it was warm considering the weather over the three days we spent there.
Negative: From our car parking space to door of our unit was around 30mts. It rained all weekend and accessing our car and back to the unit left us in the rain. There is no spouting on the roofline and the rain was pouring onto the walkway, which also had cracks and uneven surfaces. The rain was also making the rear deck area wet and slippery. My partner walks with the aid of a walking stick and it was very hazardous for her. The tiled surfaces of the shower and the bathroom floor were also slippery. As the exhaust fan was inadequate to remove steam generated from the shower, it settled as moisture on the floor. I needed the wipe the floor with towels to dry the surface, so it wasn't so slippery. There was one wine glass only and the four mugs in the unit were all different sizes and shapes. Small things maybe but for us for $250 per night we maybe expected better. The was no information on how to operate the TV's and there was no information available in our unit about tourist based activities in the Moama/Echuca district, something we chased up in our own time.
Summary: Disappointing to get cold, rainy weather but frustrating to walk 30mts to your car without cover.
