The Space:
Step inside and enjoy the 50 inch SmartTV with Netflix & Hulu and extra large comfy couch with plenty of room for all.
The updated kitchen includes all the essentials you need for cooking & entertaining. Enjoy beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious dining room to enjoy your meals.
MAIN HOME:
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house. The master bedroom holds a king size bed with TV, and beautiful marble en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.
The second and third bedrooms each have a comfy queen size bed. The hallway bathroom features a claw-fit tub and shower with pedestal sink.
** SHARED PROPERTY **
Our lot features two separate homes; The main house and the guest house. Your home will be completely private W/ the backyard and amenities (including pool and spa) being shared. If you have any questions regarding the arrangement please do not hesitate to ask!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the main house, driveway, and backyard (including the backyard amenities). You will not have access to the guest house.
Reminder backyard and amenities are shared with the guest house.

Summary: The home is charming and beautiful. It is been thoroughly updated. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner and manager were easy to work and communicate with. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. Lots of seating available in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to everything. Definitely a wonderful experience. Be aware there is a cottage on the property that you share the backyard with others staying there.

Summary: We had such a great time. The house was set up perfect for my family of 5 plus my mother and father in law to have everything we needed. The house is so close to all the cool shops and restaurants of Bishops Art District and felt very safe. The owner was so kind to turn the heat on/off for us on the pool & hottub 1,000,000 times as the temps were uncharacteristically cool for Dallas during our trip & my kids JUST HAD TO SWIM! Definitely note that the pool house is a separate rental. Though this wasn’t a problem for us? It was a detail I overlooked and was a bit startled seeing “a stranger” in our backyard. That said, everyone was so kind and considerate. The trip was wonderful!

Summary: Beautiful house well thought out decor. Everything you need and very comfortable beds. Guesthouse area was super! Only wish, that heated pool was part of the payment and not an extra fee.

Summary: Everything was great except the hot tub was not ready, there was an issue with the heater. I, as the guest, was outside, in the dark and cold FaceTiming with the pool tech. It became too late to use the hot tub. I thought this was inappropriate. We also got a request to move cars so the gate could open for the pool tech, only a 20 min notice, we were not even close to the property. The cold weather prevented us from using the pool after the hoops we had to jump through. Like I said, everything else was great - just disappointed because we specifically rented for the hot tub/pool.

Summary: We stayed here over a long weekend with a few friends. The house is almost perfectly renovated, very spacious and cozy at the same time with lots of tech features. We did have a couple issues getting a couple tvs to work but it was the last night and we didn’t use them much anyway. If we were staying longer we would’ve reached out to the property manager to get help, so it was not a big deal. I was pleasantly surprised that it comes pretty well stocked with just about everything you need for a weekend, including several (good) coffee options with filters. Most other properties I’ve stayed at don’t offer the little extras like that. The backyard is an awesome place to chill. We didn’t swim but did enjoy the spa a little and the fire pit. It would’ve been even better if had known how to use the outdoor speakers or if there was an outside tv, but we still really did enjoy ourselves. The surrounding neighborhood is really nice too and we loved being close to Bishop Arts. Definitely worth checking out the restaurants and bars over there! We did have a minor issue getting the house automated locks to work when we were checking in the first day. However, the owner and property manager were both very responsive and helpful in rectifying the issue. The owner assured me that they already have plans to change to a more reliable lock system. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we are already talking about coming back some time soon!

Summary: Overall the house was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We had issues communicating with property manager before, during and after. Messages on VRBO went unanswered and had to text and call to resolve issues. We had checkin issues. The lock to the houses was electronic and did not seem to work well plus not all the guests had access at first. Took some time to resolve. A couple of days in we lost power to part of the house. We checked the breakers but nothing was tripped. Took two days to get lights on in kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We also lost the main house wifi until the day before we departed which interrupted me from working remotely. We stayed one week. We also did not have adequate supplies for a one week stay (paper towels, toliet paper and dish soap...). Overall it was a disappointinting stay and would most likely not rent again.

Summary: We stayed here family for a long weekend and it felt like we were on a 5 star resort. This place has everything you need. The inside decor is beautiful abd spacious. The back yard is gorgeous!! The pool and hot tub and surroundings make you feel like you are in your own little paradise. Great for the family. Can't wait to stay again!
