Summary: Everything about this cottage was nice. It was the perfect size for us and our little sheltie dog. It was neat and clean, equipped with everything we needed, and close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again for sure!

Summary: This cottage was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. The outdoor shower and the short walk to the beach made it all the better. We were enchanted by the little town, restaurants and beautiful sunsets.

Summary: Don’t let the size fool you, the house is small but packs a punch. The kitchen is very spacious which really helps. It was also well apportioned. Was a little nervous that a pet friendly unit might have lingering pet smells but no issues at all with that. Checkin wasn’t ideal. The keys weren’t in the designated mailbox and couldn’t reach manager. Fortunately the sales clerk was able to locate her for me. The WiFi wasn’t set up upon arrival. I was able to locate the router in the laundry room and set it up. We had a great week in Cape Charles.

Summary: Cape Charles is a great bay beach town for a peaceful getaway. This house matched the vibe perfectly. The location was great and very close to the water and Central Park. We rented a golf cart just to maximize our time at the beach. The layout of the house is very simple/logical. Endless hot water and great pressure in indoor and outdoor showers. Games and toys for the kids was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.
