Positive: The location and the neighbourhood was very kind and beautiful. The room we stayed in was well equipped and clean. We loved everything about it! The breakfast was also amazing for the price!

Negative: The only thing missing was an air conditioner, it was a little hot when we arrived, but it was not too bad.

Positive: Accommodation with good facilities, parking on site, foothills of the High Tatras, good access to the highway. Nice and helpful staff, in the restaurant waiters only from abroad (from Kazakhstan), they speak Slovak and English (and probably Russian :-)). Good price for the services in the context of awaited quality. There was no long wait for breakfast and dinner, there was enough space in the restaurant.

Negative: There are several negatives. The cleanliness of the apartment was critical, which also applies to the common areas, corridors, stairs and restaurant. The elevator in apartment building C did not work, and apparently has not been working for a long time, as a plastic sign warned about it. The floor in the restaurant was sticky, several plates with poorly washed food residues. We found moldy bread for breakfast!!! Overall, the facility shows that they save money on everything. For example, the recycling of old bread. On Sunday morning, there was only old dry bread for breakfast. We do not complain about the quality of the food, we know how much we paid for a stay with half board. I feel sorry for the people who bought an investment apartment here... It is a value that does not grow due to the quality of the services...

Positive: View from the window was owesome.

Negative: The breakfast menu was very poor. All 5 days was the same smashed eggs, grilled sausages and few vegetables. Tried dinner few times. The resort was quiet empty so i think on busy dates situacion is better. However, staff was nice.

Positive: It’s a decent apartment offering picturesque views of the Tatra Mountains. The property consists of around five or six apartment blocks, with open-area parking available. The rooms are reasonably spacious and come with basic amenities. You have double and single sofa bed in the hall of the apartment. If you want bedsheet/blanket you can get this from the hotel reception. Overall, it offers good value for money given the price.

Negative: One drawback is that the toilet does not have a lock, which is quite unusual for a hotel and a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the interior lighting could be improved, as it feels somewhat dim.
