Positive: It is located in a nice area right along tarred road that's not very busy. There were dishes and a sink and detergents to wash them, it is spacious and basically the size of a bachelor pad. Lots of room for improvement but it definitely tries.

Negative: I wasn't very impressed by the lack of a proper reception when I got there. Firstly a small boy who couldn't even be nine opened the gate at the main house after we honked for some time then we got in only to be greeted by a very protective, growling dog trying to get a piece of us. The child did the room viewing, trying their best to answer every question we had and I also had to pay to the small boy, something that I'd never had happen to me. Couldn't watch tv as other guest took remote, couches dip too much for comfort, bed was hard, water was nicely hot at all times but the showerhead splurts water disastrously in a small stream no matter how you adjust it. Unfortunately neighbours were a nightmare as well. There was someone incessantly burning something therefore rooms filled with suffocating smoke for hours, there was also a pig sty nearby so the smell is your welcoming odour. The grass in the front of the units needs a serious trim, there were prickly weeds and I had to hop for dear life as it was moist from rain. Also noticed that the same lawn is a poop station for the owner's dog.

Positive: Extreme cleanliness, warm welcome and courtesy by the host. It was more than i expected.

Negative: We could make a kettle to boil. But, If they can take good care of the Lukewarm water for shower, tea or coffee. But luckily I had my own.
