Positive: The location, calm atmosphere and overall design of the hotel. We have been provided cute little bath rope and slippers for our 4 year old daughter which was an amazing gesture.

Negative: When you do your reservation over booking platform, the hotel places an authorization hold on your card and during check out instead of executing it, they charge you separately and they do not release the authorization hold on your card even after your stay. You just have to wait for it to expire after 10 days. This is ridiculous; you have to have to hold 2x amount of funds on your spending account in order to stay here for reservations made through booking.

Summary: True minimalist luxury.
